Guess no one works here no more, been trying to get some work for a while now, no answer in the phone ( call doesn't even go through and they have 2 numbers, such a waste ) no reply to emails, don't waste your time here.. never been so disappointed in an agency that prides themselves on helping others

I worked for the Helping Hand for 7 weeks. EVERY worker had to call to get our owe flipping PAYCHECKS! And would NOT give you your pay stubs. They talk to you and treat you with disrespect. They do NOT carry out any promise/ basic human decency like Leah says. They do not have respect for workers, do not care about their workers. And notice all their "good" reviews are from at least 2 years ago when the boss actually cared about individuals and not money. She was rude and judgmental, with no compassion whatsoever. When you needed information they LITERALLY ended the call on you. EVERY Thursday you had to spend at least 45 minutes on the phone trying to get your paycheck. Please don't work for the Helping Hand! Or do and make sure to take it to the BBB.

Such a fake agency. Lady who generally receives your calls is never sure of herself what shes doing.last week i got registered same day she asked me to confirm shift for next morning i showed up 30 mins before starting of my shift ..there they asked me to wait as helping hands didnt sent or confirmed any shift for me and they sent me home saying they dont need anyone bcuz no email confirmation from this agency. Now, shes not answering my calls.

They cancel jobs last minute on you, and if you work hard at your job they don't like it because this company makes money by sending quantity not quality. If you show an employer quality they start to reduce how many staff they ask for which makes this agency upset. I have worked with people that stink like alcohol, show up late, don't do any work, get high in their cars on breaks but they continue to get work instead of the hard workers. This agency also blocks you from being employed by companies with a silly agreement where you have to work 3 months for an employer before being hired even if the employer wants to hire you. They make you look stupid to potential employers because you will agree to go into work the next day but helping hand will contact you and say the job is cancelled, then when you go back to the employer it's YOU that looks like the flake because the employer didn't cancel the job helping hand just wants to send 5 deadbeats to do a 1 man job so they make the most money. Just a dreadful agency that does not operate in good faith. My name is changed to protect myself. I would suggest people stay clear of this agency.

We were in a rush and they went out of their way to find us the right staff. There was some turnover, but at the end it all worked out. Great customer service
